A large room with a private bathroom is available for rent without any time limitation and with the option to register your CPR address. While the room comes primarily unfurnished, there are a few pieces of furniture-such as a bed, chair, and chest of drawers-that you may borrow if you wish, some of which appear in the photos. Together, the bedroom and bathroom measure approximately 24 square meters, providing generous space. The kitchen is shared and fully equipped with items including crockery, an espresso machine, and a dishwasher. Additionally, the apartment features a balcony. All utility costs are included in the rent except for the use of the communal laundry facilities located in the basement. The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and an extensive TV package. This room may also serve as a commuter room. Furthermore, a large and spacious car is available for you to borrow when it's not in use, provided it is driven responsibly.

Situated in the Bispebjerg neighborhood, the apartment benefits from three nearby bus lines-6A, 4A, and 21-right outside the entrance. Bispebjerg Station and Emdrup Station can be reached by foot within a short distance. Close to the apartment you will find Utterslev Mose, Bispebjerg Cemetery, and Bispebjerg Hospital. Supermarkets such as Netto and Lidl are conveniently located next door, and there is a sizable Red Cross secondhand shop just downstairs. Directly opposite the building, you will also find both a sushi restaurant and a café.

Move-in can take place at any desired time. The security deposit is set at DKK 10,000. Upon moving in, you will be required to pay the deposit along with the first month's rent and one month's rent in advance, totaling DKK 23,200 (DKK 10,000 + 6,600 + 6,600).

Currently, I am the sole resident in the apartment, so you would only be sharing the space with me. By my own admission, I am fairly peaceful. Due to my job, various hobbies, and frequent travel, I tend to be away from home quite often and typically return late in the evening, which means you will mostly have the apartment to yourself.

Maintaining cleanliness is essential; I expect you to be tidy and to contribute to cleaning and tidying up all shared areas, especially the kitchen. Cleaning responsibilities for common spaces will be shared between us.

It is very important to note that I anticipate acquiring a larger apartment in the same building in June, which means we will likely relocate together sometime during June or July. The room in the new apartment will be somewhat smaller, and the bathroom will need to be shared. The rent has already been adjusted to reflect this arrangement and will not change as a result. On the upside, the new apartment will offer more and improved shared spaces, including a larger kitchen. Please be aware that this takeover has not yet been finalized, so it is also possible that we will remain in the current apartment.
