Available from June 1st, with the possibility of an earlier move-in, there is an opening for a roommate in room 3 at our shared living arrangement called "Polaris."

We offer two rooms sized at 15 m² and two rooms at 20 m², all newly and beautifully furnished within our spacious residence. The home features a large, fully equipped kitchen and communal space overlooking Søndermarken and the zoo in Frederiksberg. The rent is 5000 DKK monthly for the 15 m² rooms and 6000 DKK for the 20 m² rooms, with all expenses included-covering electricity, heating, gas, laundry services, and even access to free food.

There is no deposit required. Leases are concluded with mutual termination notice of two months. Rent must be prepaid for two months, corresponding to the notice period. The rental duration is open-ended, contingent on mutual compatibility.

Polaris represents a distinctive living community grounded in positive psychology, emphasizing relational connections as a vital foundation. Each room has been freshly and tastefully furnished with aesthetic care, requiring tenants only to bring their personal belongings. The house consists of four separate bedrooms linked to a sizable and attractive shared kitchen-living area, bathroom facilities, a full range of kitchen appliances, and a charming small green balcony offering views over the zoo.

Residents enjoy private views from their 15 m² or 20 m² rooms, directly facing the giraffes at the zoo. The location provides excellent access to various educational institutions, shopping centers, and public transport options, all just around the corner. It also lies adjacent to some of Frederiksberg's prime recreational spaces such as Søndermarken and Frederiksberg Gardens, literally steps outside the door.
