This means the tenant will occupy the space at most from Monday to Friday and will not stay over on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. The room is shared with a female occupant, so preference is given to a female tenant. The room comes equipped with a bed, a desk, and a chair.

The rental period is six months, with the option to extend. Ideal tenants are those who primarily need a place to sleep, relax, and use a small kitchenette. Activities such as playing loud music, watching TV, or hosting overnight guests are not permitted.
