My name is H. Gabriel. I am approachable, open-minded, and versatile, with interests that include spirituality and entertainment. During weekdays, from Monday to Friday, I work from home throughout the daytime hours.

The accommodation consists of a well-lit room measuring 20 square meters, featuring a large window. It is situated within a two-room apartment that provides convenient access to the kitchen, bathroom, and main entrance. I occupy the other room in the apartment myself.

This setup functions as a modest shared living environment where the kitchen and bathroom are communal, while each of us retains a private bedroom for solitude and personal space. Respect for one another's privacy and daily routines is a priority. My previous experiences with roommates have been positive; I appreciate the chance to connect with someone new in this manner.

Monthly rent includes wireless internet, electricity, heating, and access to the building's laundry facilities located in the basement, with no further recurring costs beyond those specified in the listing.

All residents must adhere to the building's standard house rules, particularly those concerning noise levels and consideration for neighbors.

I regard the apartment as our home and a stable foundation for everyday life. Typical activities and household sounds are expected both inside the dwelling and within the property, but social events such as parties are to be held elsewhere; no parties take place in the apartment.

Preference is given to a non-smoker, and keeping pets such as cats, dogs, or others is not allowed.
