The first phase of the building on Østerbrogade (the tall structure) consists of a six-story residential complex featuring 53 student apartments, accessible by elevator. These units include a mix of two-room apartments and double units, where one bedroom is shared along with a communal kitchen and bathroom between two students.

The second phase, located at Østerbrogade 67D, contains 36 student residences spread across the first and second floors, also served by an elevator. Each of these apartments encompasses a single room of 50 square meters, complete with a private kitchen and bathroom. On the ground level of Østerbrogade, there is a shared laundry facility available for residents, and a communal terrace can be found on the fourth floor.

Situated close to schools, sports facilities, shopping options, and the city center, the department offers convenient access to essential amenities. Renting a student apartment here requires active enrollment in an educational program. The entire building enforces a smoke-free environment, extending this policy to the individual apartments as well; however, a designated smoking shelter is placed near the main entrance. Residents are encouraged to join the Facebook group B45 - Afdeling 43.
