We are a family with a 1.5-year-old son and currently have a vacant room available in our home that we wish to lease. The rent amount is fixed monthly and covers the room, electricity, water, heating, internet, as well as access to the washing machine and dryer. The room measures 16 square meters, and the total rent, inclusive of all utilities, is 4600 DKK. The lease is set to begin on April 1, 2026, with a duration of two years, though it is likely to be extended beyond that period. Upon moving in, a deposit equivalent to three months' rent must be paid in advance. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, provided that no significant damage has occurred requiring repair. A formal rental agreement will be drawn up, and we have established house rules that tenants are expected to follow. One essential condition is that tenants must be non-smokers.

Within the house, you will share access to a communal kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and laundry room. There is also storage space available for your belongings in the attic.
