While privacy is valued, there is a tradition of sharing dinner together every other week, often followed by a game.

The location is convenient, situated just a five-minute walk from either Carlsberg S-train station or Enghave Metro station.

The deposit required is 9,000 DKK. Monthly expenses amount to 800 DKK for utilities, with the rent set at 3,200 DKK, totaling 4,000 DKK per month.

Interested tenants are asked to provide some information about themselves, including daily occupation, location of the property, hobbies, preferred move-in date, and intended length of stay within the rental timeframe from December 1st to April 15th.
