A spacious apartment situated in Amager, roughly a ten-minute journey from the Christianshavn metro station, has a room opening up from November 1st. The vacancy arises as the current occupant prepares to relocate to London after finishing his internship and securing employment there.

Ideal candidates should hold an interest in at least one area such as video gaming, board games, tabletop role-playing games, science fiction or fantasy genres, whisky appreciation, or engaging debates on philosophy and politics. The preferred age range for the new resident is between 26 and 35 years, with a stable job or promising career trajectory. The living situation encourages occasional social activities, including movie nights and communal cooking, fostering a friendly atmosphere. Rent is set at 5,400 DKK per month, covering heating, water, and internet; electricity costs approximately 200 DKK monthly and is billed separately. This apartment consists of four rooms in total: three bedrooms plus an open-plan kitchen and living area spanning 100 square meters, complemented by a pleasant balcony. The bathroom is equipped with heated flooring, offering comfort during Copenhagen's chilly winters. Built recently in December 2014, the residence includes all essential amenities such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, full sets of tableware and cookware, and a complete range of appliances (microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove).
