Welcome to Nykøbing F. Kollegium - student housing located next to CEUS. The homes are well-planned single-storey terraced units with kitchens and bathrooms renewed in 2014. Throughout the apartments the floors are finished in practical beech parquet. The absence of interior door thresholds generally allows easy wheelchair circulation, but please note there are steps at the main entrance and the garden door. Nykøbing offers a wide selection of grocery and specialist shops and a cinema. The scenery around Guldborgsund is picturesque; sailors consider the stretch from Gedser to Guldborg among Denmark's most beautiful. The water is a draw for sailors, and 10 km away you can take a swim at Marielyst Beach, regarded as one of Denmark's best. For those who prefer the quiet of the forest or listening to music while running, there are many woods surrounding the town.
