This particular room measures approximately 15 square meters and comes fully furnished, including a bed, a desk, and a closet. The walls have recently been repainted in a warm beige shade, which is a new improvement since the photos were taken.

You will be sharing the apartment with the current occupant. The shared spaces consist of a generously sized bathroom and a kitchen that is equipped with all the necessary appliances. Additionally, laundry facilities are accessible within the building.
