Bofællesskabet MUMS søger ny kvindelig bofælle

Starting from December 1st, a room will become available, and perhaps you are the person looking for a new place to call home.

At MUMS, you'll find a group of residents in their 30s and 40s. Uffe enjoys a dry sense of humor, sparkling shirts, working with Excel spreadsheets, sharing beers with friends, and watching movies. Syaida has a passion for traveling, dining out at quality restaurants, and watching horror films-though she always hides behind a cushion throughout the movie. Anders appreciates a wide range of music, both new and old, often attending live performances. In his free time, he stays active through the Sportskollektivet, winter swimming, cooking with friends, or visiting family in Jutland, among other interests. Perhaps you'll fit right in with us.

We often gather in the living room to watch films or series together on the projector, enjoy conversations over dinner, or take part in occasional outings such as cinema trips or ice skating excursions. While there is no strict obligation to participate, new ideas and contributions to social life are warmly welcomed. Shared meals happen about once a week when schedules align, though there is no formal meal plan.

The apartment is situated in Frederiksberg, offering a lovely view overlooking Aksel Møllers Have and with a metro station located directly across the street. It encompasses 130 square meters divided into four rooms, a spacious and bright living area, a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, and a sizable bathroom featuring a washing machine.

The available room measures 15 square meters and rents for 5,350 DKK per month, inclusive of utilities such as water and electricity, as well as access to the washing machine, internet, Spotify, and Netflix. Upon moving in, a deposit and prepaid rent totaling 21,400 DKK are required. Currently, the room rental is limited through April 2027, but we hope to extend the contract to be open-ended in the future.
