If you want more than just a place to sleep, we are looking for two new flatmates to move into a bright, spacious 4-room apartment in Ydre Østerbro. This household is a mature, high-energy environment that prizes fitness, a shared sense of community, and an active weekday lifestyle. Each cozy 9 m² room is offered at 6500 DKK incl. utilities, and you will be living with two social roommates in a home that includes a dedicated 19 m² Social Event Space designed for socializing, pre-drinks, and celebrations, a large gourmet-ready kitchen with ample room to prepare high-quality meals, and the "Real" Shower - a roomy bathroom with a proper shower area and an overhead rain shower, ideal for recovering after sports.

Our daily rhythm centers on sport and social life: we play Tennis, Padel or Soccer and host gatherings regularly in the Social Event Space. Evenings often feature Billiards, Karaoke, or Strategic Board Games (from Dominion to Splendor-we play to win).
