Looking for a tenant for around start/mid Januar

I am seeking a tenant for my comfortable apartment in Valby for a short-term period, ideally from January 10th to March 28th, though these dates are negotiable.

I am a Danish woman residing in a 70 square meter apartment close to Ålholm Station, within easy walking distance. The ideal occupant would be someone who values and respects diversity in all its forms.

My work involves frequent travel and remote assignments lasting two to three months at a time, which is the reason for this temporary lease opportunity.

The candidate should be reliable, considerate, and a trustworthy individual. It is important to honor the no-smoking policy inside the apartment and maintain a reasonably tidy living environment.

I will be securing my private bedroom of 8 square meters, leaving the remaining 62 square meters available for your use.

The monthly rent covers water, heating, and internet services, while electricity costs are separate and must be paid in addition to the rent.
