Looking for a tenant for around 1st of October until mid/end november

I am seeking a short-term tenant for my comfortable apartment located in Valby, with availability tentatively set from October 1st through November 18th, though these dates can be adjusted. This 70-square-meter residence is situated within easy walking distance of Ålholm Station. As a Danish woman who often travels, working remotely for periods of two to three months at a time, I am looking for someone who values respect and inclusivity, embracing the spirit represented by the rainbow.

The ideal occupant should be reliable, trustworthy, and considerate, with an appreciation for maintaining a smoke-free indoor environment and a reasonably tidy living space. Please note that the 8-square-meter bedroom will be locked off during the tenancy, leaving 62 square meters of the apartment available for use.

The monthly rent covers water, heating, and internet services, while electricity expenses are billed separately and will be added to the rent.
