Available from December 1st is a spacious and bright room measuring 13 square meters. The room comes furnished, although you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer. It is located within a four-room apartment on the third floor, situated in a quiet neighborhood in Rødovre. The rest of the apartment is shared among tenants. Facilities include both a washing machine and a dishwasher for communal use.

The ideal tenant is a calm woman who respects the property and ensures timely rent payments. Age is not a factor, and registration at the address (CPR) can be arranged if desired. Parking is free, and the location benefits from convenient bus and train connections, along with several supermarkets within a short distance.

A little about me: I am a woman with a busy work schedule, often out for appointments, so I spend considerable time away from home. The monthly rent is 4700 DKK, which covers internet, streaming services, heating, and electricity. Upon moving in, a deposit equivalent to two months’ rent, totaling 9400 DKK, is required.
