Landlord does not respond to my inquiry

Some landlords receive multiple inquiries about their available rental properties. This may mean that you do not receive a response to your inquiry if the landlord is already in an ongoing dialogue with another potential tenant.

We always encourage our landlords to respond to all inquiries, but unfortunately, in some cases, you may not receive a reply if they decide not to proceed with you as a tenant.

Our best advice is to try reaching out to the landlord again and politely ask for a response. Alternatively, consider contacting landlords about other relevant properties.

Can customer contact landlords for me?

Unfortunately customer service cannot contact landlords on behalf of prospective tenants.
