I changed my e-mail address, how to change it on the site - what should I do?

If you would like to change your e-mail address, you should contact customer service then we will change it for you.

How do I delete my user?

It is not possible to delete an user. If your user is less than 2 years old we store information about the user in case we need to document something. If your user is more than 2 years old, you can have it deleted by contacting customer service.

I would like to receive an e-mail, when there is a matching rental - how to do?

Go to "My account" and create a lease agent, then you will automatically receive an e-mail when something of interest is published on the website.

At any time you can unsubscribe your lease agent. If you experience any difficulties please contact customer service.

No, it is not possible to get additional information by called Lejebolig.dk. If you have any questions about the landlord or specific property, you should contact the landlord directly by phone or a message.

You should purchase the Plus Package to get access to a landlord's contact information.

How to delete or deactivate my seeking ad?

You can deactivate your own ad by going to "My account". After deactivation the ad will not be visible to landlord.

How do I unsubscribe my Plus Package?

You can unsubsribe the Plus Package at any time. Login and go to "Payment center". When you have successfully unscribed, you will receive an e-mail. If you experience any problems unsubscribing please contact customer service.

Try to logout and restart your browser. After that please try to login again. If this does not solve the issue you are welcome to contact customer service.

How is the search result generated?

The search result is based on your search criterias and we only show avaiable and reserved leases. Already rented or archived leases are not shown in the search result.

It is free to advertise rental homes on Lejebolig.dk. You can buy additional highlighting feature when advertising.

How do I update or delete my rental ad?

You can update or report a lease as rented if you go to "Lease administration" in the top menu. You need to login first.

How long time is my rental ad visible?

When you advertise your ad will be active for 28 days. After expiration you can reactivate your ad by resubmitting it for free. Go to "Lease administration".

How much is it allowed to get in deposit and prepaid rent?

According to the law its allowed to charge 3 months rent as deposit and 3 months as prepaid rent. The deposit is used for paint and maintenance when the person moves. The prepaid rent is just for security when the person would like to move, and should be used for payment of rent the last month or months the person live there.

Is it allowed to contact other landlord and sell additional services or products?

No. It is only allowed to contact landlords regarding the rental of an apartment, room etc. It is not allowed to sell additional services or products. Users who dont obey this rules will be blocked without any warning.

I cannot log in - what should I do?

If you forget your login you can receive an e-mail with login information. Go to "Forgot password?" in the login dialogue. If you cannot remember your e-mail address you can contact customer service.
