Ringparken is situated in the western part of the city, offering convenient access to the city's ring roads and located close to shopping facilities as well as Skive's central area.

The development consists of ten residential blocks, each three stories high, originally constructed in the 1940s. Renovations have been carried out continuously, with the most recent updates taking place in 2006/2007, including new kitchens and bathrooms. Every apartment features a large open balcony, and those located in Ringparken 5 through 10 also benefit from an enclosed balcony. In the basement, residents have access to drying rooms, bicycle storage, and a private storage room allocated to each residence.
