Validation policy approves all ads on the website. We do not tolerate fake ads. To minimize fake ads being published on the website, we perform both human and automated computer checks.

Ad validation rules on

  • All newly created ads are approved by an employee before the ads is published on the website. Fake ads and users will be banned the moment a fraud is detected.

  • When creating on ad information about the landlord is mandatory. Name, address, e-mail, and phone number. It's not possible to create an ad without these information.

  • Any data related to an add will be stored for a minimum of 2 years including landlord, name, address, e-mail, phone number, and ip addresses used.

  • We do automated computer checks of the information entered by the landlord about the apartment in order to make sure the ad is not fake.

If any fake ad by mistake is published and found on the website it will be removed as quickly as possible and the user will be banned. Please contact customer service if you see any suspicious ad.
